Privacy

This policy covers the prelaunch preview. It will be reviewed locally and updated before paid sales open. Business registration and support contact details will be published at that time.

What we collect

• Account: email address and sign-in data, if you create an account.
• Orders (once open): name, phone number and delivery notes needed to deliver, plus any gift note you write.
• On your device only: your bag, scent finder answers and set builder choices are stored in your browser, not sent to us.

We do not ask for government ID for ordinary orders. We do not use advertising pixels on this preview.

Why

To run your account, to process and deliver orders, to verify payments with our payment provider, and to meet legal and accounting duties.

Who sees it

• Our payment provider (Hubtel, or Paystack if you choose it) receives what is needed to take payment. We never see or store your mobile-money PIN or card number.
• Our courier receives your name, phone and delivery details for your parcel.
• Our hosting and database provider stores data on our behalf.
• Any AI assistant tools we use in future would receive only the minimum data for a specific task, with human approval, and never payment credentials.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep (for example, payment and tax records). A request process and contact address will be published before paid launch, aligned with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

Security

Access to orders is restricted to you and authorised staff. Payment secrets are kept only on our server.
