Monthly Scent Club terms

This policy covers the prelaunch preview. It will be reviewed locally and updated before paid sales open. Business registration and support contact details will be published at that time.

What you get

Three 5ml fragrance sprays per paid month (indicative GH₵180/month, delivery extra). The club is a pilot concept and is not open yet.

How you pay

Each month you receive a fresh payment request — mobile money via Hubtel is the planned default. There is no automatic charge. Automatic renewal on Ghana mobile money is not supported by our optional provider, and we will only offer card auto-renewal with your explicit consent.

Your monthly cycle (provisional timings)

• About 7 days before your cycle: a reminder to choose three scents.
• About 3 days before dispatch: final selections and skip requests close.
• No selection: we remind you, then skip that month — unless you've chosen a curated default.
• We fill your sprays only after your payment is verified.

Skipping and cancelling

• Skip any month before the cutoff from your account.
• Cancel any time. Cancellation stops future invoices and dispatches from its effective date, which we show in your account.
• A month you've already paid for will still be sent, unless you ask for a refund under our delivery & returns policy.

Unavailable scents

If a scent you chose becomes unavailable, we'll ask you to choose again or refund that month. We never substitute silently.
